Legal Compliance

Introduction

Resyde Decor is the sole and absolute owner of the trademark and brand name “Resyde Decor,” the domain www.resydedecor.in, and any associated web or mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Site”).

Resyde Decor respects your privacy, and the same is maintained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

As a visitor to the Site and a user (customer) of the services offered on the Site, you are advised to read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the Site.

For the avoidance of doubt, references to the “Site” in these Terms include any current or future version of the Site.

References to Resyde Decor shall include its affiliates, group companies, agents, officers, and employees.

You represent and warrant that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Ordering Process and Pricing

The Site displays a variety of merchandise and offers products for sale within India and internationally.

All purchases made through the Site are subject to acceptance by Resyde Decor at its sole discretion. Resyde Decor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, whether confirmed or not, for any reason and without liability to you or any third party.

Resyde Decor also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders intended for freight forwarding or similar services.

If your credit or debit card has already been charged for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund or credit will be issued to your account.

If a product appears out of stock, you may contact Resyde Decor through the contact information provided on the Site to receive notifications regarding restocking.

Pricing

  • Prices listed on the Site are inclusive of GST for orders shipped within India.

  • International orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or shipping charges.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the final invoiced amount, including delivery, handling, and any other applicable charges.

While Resyde Decor strives to ensure accurate pricing, occasional errors may occur. Resyde Decor reserves the right to cancel any order affected by pricing or discount errors.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding related to “Resyde Decor” used on the Site are protected under Indian law and may not be used without prior written permission from Resyde Decor.

Any other intellectual property appearing on the Site, including patents, design rights, copyrights, graphics, images, software, and related materials, are the sole property of Resyde Decor and/or its licensors.

Constructive Feedback and User Content

If a product is out of stock, customers may contact Resyde Decor to receive updates regarding availability.

Any reviews, feedback, submissions, comments, or similar content posted by users may be displayed publicly on the Site at the sole discretion of Resyde Decor.

By submitting such content, you agree that Resyde Decor may use, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute the content without notice, compensation, or acknowledgment for purposes including but not limited to:

  • Technical difficulties

  • Product-related concerns
