We offer two delivery options:

Express Shipping

  • INR 5,000 – INR 9,999 — INR 499

  • INR 10,000 – INR 19,999 — INR 899

  • INR 20,000 – INR 29,999 — INR 1,499

  • INR 30,000 – INR 39,999 — INR 2,099

  • INR 40,000 – INR 49,999 — INR 2,699

  • Above INR 50,000 — Approx. 6–7% of order value

Express Shipping

  • Below INR 4,999 — INR 1,000

  • INR 5,000 – INR 19,999 — INR 4,000

  • INR 20,000 – INR 29,999 — INR 6,000

  • INR 30,000 – INR 50,000 — INR 10,000

  • Above INR 50,000 — Approx. 20% of order value

Note: Additional charges may apply to furniture, lighting, mirrors, wall clocks, and fragile items.


PACKAGING

All products are securely packed using high-quality materials such as:

  • Bubble wrap

  • Air cushions

  • Wooden crating (where required)

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.


DELIVERY & TRACKING

  • Orders are delivered within:

    • 5–7 business days (Standard Shipping)

    • 3–5 business days (Express Shipping)

  • Delivery attempts are made up to three times

  • Tracking details are shared via email after dispatch

Cash on Delivery (Partial)

  • 30% payment at the time of order placement

  • Remaining balance payable upon delivery


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified.


RETURN POLICY

Resyde Decor does not accept returns for products delivered in perfect condition.

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Manufacturing or quality defect

  • Product received in damaged condition

Important Guidelines

  • Do not accept tampered packages

  • An unboxing video recorded within 24 hours of delivery is mandatory for all return claims


RETURN PROCESS

  1. Raise a return request within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email

  2. Share product images along with the unboxing video

  3. The Quality Assurance (QA) team will review the request

If the return request is approved:

  • Pickup will be arranged within 2–3 days

  • Product will reach the warehouse within 5–7 days

  • Refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days after inspection
